Harry Eyre Cottage (sleeps 4), Shippon Cottage (sleeps 2-3) and the Shepherd’s Hut (sleeps 2) are available all year for short and longer stays. Our minimum stay is two nights. Please note that short stay prices are 12.5% higher over the Christmas/New Year/Easter & Bank Holiday weekends.
Spring House (sleeps 8) is available for three, four & longer night stays between early April and early September. The rates are £1,650 for 3 nights, £2,100 for 4 nights and £3,250 for 7 nights. (Other lengths of stay are available too.)

For payment we are electronic transfer or card (for card payments an email link will be sent to you). We request a 50% deposit on booking with the balance simply payable on arrival. 15 days notice is requested for cancellations and a full deposit refund, or 7 days for 50% deposit refund.
For those of you wishing to pay by card you can also do so through our listings on AirBnB, VRBO & Sykes Cottages. However it is more cost effective & flexible to just book directly.
Dogs are most welcome in Harry Eyre Cottage (max 2 small/medium dogs), Shippon Cottage (max 1 small/medium dog) and Spring House (max 1) at £15 for one dog or £20 for two. No puppies, young dogs, in season or aggressive pets please.
