SHEPHERD’S HUT
Whether it’s for a romantic break or as a writer’s retreat, the Shepherd’s Hut at Spring House Farm is perfect. In a delightfully secluded setting with stunning views of Mam Tor, the Shepherd’s Hut, like the rest of the location, is on the famous Lose Hill/Mam Tor ‘Great Ridge’ walk and is 15 minutes on foot to Castleton with its pubs, shops and restaurants.
The hut offers an authenticity that would make Thomas Hardy or D.H. Lawrence proud combined with modern comforts for the 21st century guest. It has been beautifully appointed by master craftsmen and is fully equipped for two. This 18’ x 8’ accommodation has a bathroom with shower, loo and sink plus a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and fridge. Warm and cosy with a log burning stove and a double bed it has excellent Wi-Fi ideal for the digital nomad plus.
Situated with its own private terrace garden it is complete with a barbecue and garden dining furniture.

4 nights, £375
